SEARAFT at the Wajer Owners Day 2026 in Ibiza
Last weekend, the waters of Ibiza became the setting for a day filled with competition, watersports and plenty of playtime as Wajer owners came together for the Wajer Owners Day 2026.
With around 40 Wajer yachts joining the event, owners were invited to follow a course along the Ibiza coastline and take on a series of challenges on the water. SEARAFT was there to help bring the experience to life.
For the SEARAFT team, the day started well before the first Wajers arrived. Three team members headed out early in the morning to prepare six inflatable platforms across the different challenge locations.
With Ibiza as the backdrop, each platform became the starting point for a different activity, creating stable and accessible spaces directly on the water. Once all six platforms were in position and the challenges were ready, it was time for the Wajer owners to arrive and the competition to begin.
Seven Challenges on the Water
Throughout the day, around 40 Wajers made their way along the course, competing in seven different challenges at different locations around Ibiza.
From speed and balance to teamwork and coordination, every stop offered something different. Owners took on challenges involving Seabobs, a water jetpack, a jet ski course, rowing, Awake boards and SUPs, turning the waters around Ibiza into one big playground.
SEARAFT platforms supported the different activities throughout the day, providing dedicated spaces to start, finish, prepare and get back onto the water.
It was exactly the kind of environment our platforms are made for. Not simply creating additional space beside a yacht, but creating more possibilities for playtime on the water.
And with a golden flagpole waiting for the overall winner, there was plenty to compete for.
Ending the Day at Ses Boques
After completing the challenges around Ibiza, the Wajer owners came together at Ses Boques for a well deserved drink by the sea.
After a full day of competition and moving from one challenge to the next, it was the perfect setting to slow things down, share stories from the day and celebrate the winners.
Six SEARAFT platforms, seven challenges and around 40 Wajers made for a day that captured exactly what being on the water in Ibiza should feel like.
Tailor Made Platforms for Yacht Events like the Wajer Owners Day 2026
The Wajer Owners Day 2026 is also a great example of how inflatable platforms can become part of a much bigger event experience.
Every event is different. The location, activities, number of guests and way the water is used all influence the setup. With our in house production and custom engineering capabilities, SEARAFT can create tailor made inflatable platform solutions around the event you have in mind.
From watersports challenges and yacht owner events to floating beach clubs, branded event spaces and complete custom layouts, our platforms can be designed around both the activity and the location.
As you can see from a day like the Wajer Owners Day 2026 in Ibiza, there is no need to start with a standard setup. Tell us what you want to create on the water, and we can help find the platform solution to make it happen.
Because ultimately, more space on the water means more possibilities for what you can do with it.
Why Access Matters as Much as the Toys
Owning a collection of luxury yacht toys is only enjoyable if they are easy to use.
Launching an e-foil directly from a swim platform, climbing onto a paddle board in open water or preparing equipment in a confined space can quickly become inconvenient. Creating a stable area where guests can comfortably prepare their gear, enter the water and relax between activities significantly improves the overall experience.
This is why many yacht owners choose to extend their beach club with an inflatable platform. It creates a spacious and stable area that serves as the perfect base for watersports while adding valuable recreational space alongside the yacht.
Whether preparing a Seabob, launching an e-foil or simply enjoying the sunshine, having additional space on the water makes every activity more comfortable.
How to Care for Luxury Yacht Toys
Luxury water toys represent a significant investment, making proper maintenance essential for both performance and longevity.
After each use, equipment should be thoroughly rinsed with fresh water to remove salt, sand and debris. Electric toys should be charged according to the manufacturer’s recommendations, while inflatable products should be cleaned, dried and stored correctly whenever they are not in use for extended periods.
Regular inspections also help identify minor wear before it develops into larger issues, ensuring every toy remains ready for the next adventure.
Proper care not only extends the lifespan of your equipment but also guarantees the best possible experience every time you head out on the water.
choosing the right yacht toys for your lifestyle
The ideal selection of yacht toys depends on how you use your yacht.
Families may prioritise inflatable water parks, paddle boards and kayaks that can be enjoyed together, while thrill-seekers often gravitate towards Seabobs, e-foils and jet skis. Charter yachts typically benefit from offering a diverse range of activities that appeal to guests of all ages, creating memorable experiences that enhance every charter.
When planning your collection, consider available storage space, the number of guests on board, ease of deployment and maintenance requirements. A carefully curated selection of water toys ensures there’s always something for everyone to enjoy.
